预铣： 采用双铣刀修正裁板锯加工产生的波纹痕、毛刺或不垂直现象，达到更好的封边效果，使封边条与板材贴合更紧密，整体性更好和美学。
背胶封边： 采用独特的结构，在封边板和封边材料的两侧均匀涂抹粘合剂，确保更强的粘合力。
头对头：通过精密直线导轨运动、模具自动跟踪和高频、高速电机快速切割结构，保证切割面平整光滑。
修整： 采用型材自动跟踪和高频、高速电机结构，保证修整后的板材上下部分的平整度。用于修复板材封边条上方和下方多余的封边材料。精加工刀是R形刀。主要用于板式家具的PVC、亚克力封边。优选厚度为0.8mm以上的封边。

圆锯床的分类及其进给方式
1.原木圆锯机
