1. 3D camera takes picture of bamboo pole to measure the size, by scanning the sawing surface of the bamboo pole to obtain the size data, the size accuracy can achieve 0.3mm and takes only 0.5 second. The size data including the thickness of the entire circle of the bamboo pole, and the inner & outer diameter of the bamboo pole.
2. The operation system is simple and easy to understand, and the equipment operation and production status are collectively fed back to the control panel. Real-time monitoring and statistics of output help the factory understand the production status.
3. Bamboo splitting parameters can be adjusted arbitrarily according to customer production requirements.
